1. Service Description
Romp provides an AI-powered dog health companion ("Hazel") that helps track health events, medications, vaccinations, allergies, training, and behavior patterns for your dog.
2. Not Veterinary Advice
Romp is an informational tool, NOT a veterinary service. Hazel provides general health information and tracking capabilities but does NOT diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your dog.
3. Limitation of Liability
Romp and its AI companion Hazel are provided "as is." We are not liable for any health outcomes, missed diagnoses, or decisions made based on information provided by the app. The app is designed to supplement — not replace — professional veterinary care.
4. User Data
You own your data. We store it securely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
5. Subscriptions
Starter tier: core app access with 1 dog profile, health/training/event logging, 5 free Hazel uses every day for chat and training drafts, and a sample vet-ready report. Plus tier starts at $9.99/month, with a $59.99/year plan where available, and includes expanded Hazel usage, training session drafts, photo-aware guidance, vet-ready reports, and advanced care features. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat Web Billing, the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store, depending on where you subscribed. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Payment is processed by RevenueCat, the app store, or the web billing provider for the checkout you use.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Romp to seek emergency veterinary advice. If your dog is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.
