Is Romp a replacement for my vet?
+
No, and we’d be uncomfortable if you treated her that way. Hazel is a companion between visits — she helps you notice things, prepare questions, and follow plans. For diagnosis, dosing, or anything urgent, your vet is the answer.
What data does Hazel use?
+
Only what you give her: your dog’s profile, the things you log (weight, food, water, photos, notes), any vet records or trainer notes you upload, and your conversation history. She does not browse the open web.
Is iOS coming?
+
Yes — it's on the roadmap, but no firm date yet. Today Romp runs on the web (
romp.pet); native mobile apps are next. If you'd like a heads-up when iOS lands, email
romp.pet@outlook.com.
Can I cancel anytime?
+
Yes. Plus is a month-to-month subscription. If you subscribed on web, manage billing from your Romp subscription page. You’ll keep Plus until the end of the current period.
How accurate is the health tracking?
+
The tracking is as accurate as the entries you make — Romp logs what you tell it. Where Hazel adds value is helping you review patterns over time: weight, water, activity, and notes that are easy to lose in day-to-day care. She’ll never invent a number.
Is my dog’s data private?
+
Yes. Your data stays yours: we don't sell it, payment details are handled by billing providers, and you can delete your account (and everything in it) at any time from
/delete-account. Full details in our
privacy policy.
